Dr. Santarossa has known that she has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was a child, and grew up around a variety of animals - from taking in stray cats, spending all summer riding horses, and teaching words to her pet parrot! She graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2021 and started her career in small animal practice. As a veterinarian, her clinical interests include preventative medicine, nutrition, surgery and dentistry. She holds her Fear-Free Certification which helps make veterinary visits less stressful for patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time horseback riding, baking, crocheting and reading. She shares her home with her husband Alex, daughter Sofia, and a cat named Oscar.
